Shefali leads the Company Law Division of our firm with exceptional expertise and dedication. She manages all matters related to new business incorporations and regulatory filings with various authorities, providing invaluable advice to clients embarking on new business ventures. In addition to her core responsibilities, Shefali also heads our online division, overseeing all interactions with our international clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
A strategic thinker, Shefali plays a crucial role in identifying and leveraging new business opportunities for the firm. Her proactive approach has been instrumental in driving the firm's growth and expansion into new markets.
Beyond her primary duties, Shefali takes an active role in the management and administration of the firm’s branches. She supervises HR matters, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment. She has a keen interest in the professional development of our trainees, regularly conducting and overseeing training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
