At JAC we organize a annual offsite for our employees in which goals and objectives for the next year are discussed, clarified and set in place, and the past year is reflected upon, with rewards and recognition of employees is done both on a firm and individual level.
An offsite serves as a great medium to get together after an entire year of work schedule to relax, have fun and discuss the future together. The event is filled with various team building activities, motivational sessions, employee seminars, rewards and recognitions and a fun filled evening.
